To build momentum in increasing the presence of Latinos in mainstream entertainment and assure Latinos secure lifetime careers in the entertainment industry as quickly as possible, we will meet with Texas based institutions of higher learning to strategize on most effective way to get potentials students the education they need so they can build long term careers in management and executive positions in the entertainment industry.

We  are working on reaching out to production companies and major studio networks to negotiate taking on Latinos who have been through our programs so they can fast track their career paths through mentorship programs both behind and in front of camera.
